Move responses

Use Inbox, Spam, or Archive on a response. Common patterns:
  • move obvious automated or irrelevant messages to Spam;
  • keep enquiries that need action in Inbox;
  • move completed work to Archive.
You can restore a response later.

Use table view

Select Table to place questions in columns and responses in rows. Scroll horizontally when a form has many questions. Table view is useful for:
  • comparing budgets or dates;
  • scanning event preferences;
  • reviewing application answers;
  • spotting missing information.

Search and sort

Enter a word or answer in Search responses. Choose Newest first or Oldest first. Search applies to the selected folder.

Export a CSV file

Select Export CSV to download the responses currently available under your plan and filters. A CSV file can open in Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, Apple Numbers, and many data tools.
An export includes responses visible on your current plan. Locked responses remain saved but are not included until you unlock them.

Download uploaded files

Open a response or use the file link in table view. Treat downloads from unknown people with care because uploads are not currently malware-scanned.

Organize with your connected AI

Find responses to my consultation form that mention a timeline under one month. Show the matching answers, then ask before moving any response.
Move response RESPONSE_ID to spam.
Your AI needs the separate permission to read responses and another permission to organize them.
