HubSpot
HubSpot creates or updates a contact from each new valid response.
You need:
- a HubSpot private app access token;
- a Jobing email question;
- optional questions for first name, last name, phone, company, and job title.
The email answer identifies the contact.
Use an Email question type for the mapped email field so Jobing checks its format.
Mailchimp
Mailchimp adds or updates a subscriber in an audience.
You need:
- the Audience ID;
- a Mailchimp API key;
- a Jobing email question;
- optional first and last name questions;
- optional tags such as
lead or website-form.
Collect permission
Do not add someone to marketing messages only because they submitted a contact form.
Add a clear consent question that explains:
- what you will send;
- who will send it;
- how often;
- how they can stop.
Make the marketing choice separate from a service request when required.
You are responsible for lawful consent, audience notices, and the rules that apply to your visitors. Jobing does not turn a form submission into marketing consent automatically.
Test safely
Use an email address you control. Confirm the contact or subscriber appears with the expected fields and tags before publishing the form widely.
