Open Behavior in the form editor for form-wide controls. Open a question’s advanced settings for conditional logic.

Show a question only when needed

A conditional question can depend on an earlier visible question. Available rules include:
  • is or is not a value;
  • contains or does not contain text;
  • is answered or unanswered;
  • is greater than or less than a number.
Example:
  1. Ask “Do you need catering?”
  2. Add “How many guests?”
  3. Set it to show only when the first answer is “Yes.”
A question can depend only on an earlier visible question. This keeps the form order understandable.

Open and close automatically

Set Open on and Close on to accept responses during a planned period. Use this for event registration, applications, limited campaigns, or research.

Stop after a total number of responses

Set Stop after to close the form after a chosen total. The maximum configurable cap is 1,000,000. This is separate from your plan’s monthly response viewing allowance.

Pause responses

Turn off Accept responses to stop new submissions. Set a helpful closed message so visitors know what happened.

Show progress

Enable Show completion progress for longer forms. For a short form, leaving it off may feel lighter.

Restrict websites

Add up to 20 complete website addresses under Allowed websites. Jobing then accepts website submissions only from those origins. Leave the list empty when:
  • you use the hosted Jobing form;
  • you are still testing across several addresses;
  • the form should work on any website.
If a website form suddenly receives an origin error, add its exact HTTPS origin, including the correct subdomain, or remove the restriction while testing.
