Inside a form

Each form has several work areas:
  • Questions lets you add and edit questions.
  • Design controls the hosted form’s colors, type style, spacing, and button.
  • After submit controls the success message and optional redirect.
  • Behavior controls availability, response caps, progress, button wording, and allowed websites.
  • Responses opens the inbox.
  • Share gives you the hosted link and native website code.
  • Integrations sends new valid responses to connected tools.

Draft and published status

A draft is private. Visitors cannot open it or submit answers. A published form has a live version. If you edit a published form, Jobing saves those edits as a new draft. The current live version keeps working until you select Publish changes.
When your connected AI creates or changes something, Jobing returns the matching live, editor, response, and dashboard links automatically.
