Email and chat notifications

These integrations send a readable response summary when a new valid response arrives.

Email

Use Email when you want response summaries in one or more team inboxes. You need:

• up to 10 recipient email addresses, separated by commas;
• an optional subject line.

Use {{form_name}} in the subject to include the form name.

Slack

Use Slack to post new responses to a channel. You need:

• a Slack Incoming Webhook URL for the destination channel;
• an optional notification title.

Create the webhook in Slack, copy it directly into the Jobing integration screen, and keep it private.

Lark Suite

Use Lark Suite to post response summaries to a group. You need:

• a Lark bot webhook URL;
• an optional notification title.

Telegram

Use Telegram to send responses through a bot. You need:

• the chat ID;
• the bot token;
• an optional topic ID for a forum topic.

Test and manage

After connecting:

1. submit a test response;
2. check that it reached the correct destination;
3. verify that sensitive answers should be shared there;
4. pause the integration if you need to investigate.
