# Analyze responses with your AI

> Ask your connected AI to summarize visible answers without copying them into a chat yourself.

Your connected AI can search and read responses only when you approve response access and ask it to use Jobing.

## Useful requests

### Summarize new enquiries

> Read the newest visible responses to my consultation form. Summarize each person's problem, budget, timeline, and preferred contact method. Do not rank them.

### Find common themes

> Group the open-ended feedback answers into common themes. Show how many visible responses mention each theme and include short evidence from the answers.

### Compare event needs

> Summarize attendee dietary needs and session choices from my event form. Tell me which answers are missing.

### Prepare human review

> Create a comparison table for the visible job applications using only the structured answers. Include experience, availability, location, and portfolio address. Do not make a hiring decision.

## What the AI receives

It can receive:

* answers from responses visible on your plan;
* response time and state;
* basic file details.

It does not receive uploaded file contents.

## Use human judgment

AI summaries can miss context or make a mistake. Open the original response before taking action.

<Warning>
  Do not let an AI make the final decision for hiring, housing, lending, healthcare, education, or another high-impact outcome. A person should review the evidence and remain responsible.
</Warning>

## Keep the request focused

Ask for the form, folder, date range, or topic you need. Focused requests are faster and reduce unnecessary exposure of customer answers.

If the AI says response access is missing, [reconnect Jobing AI](/connecting/refresh) and approve **View form responses**.
