# Create a job application workflow

> Publish a role page, collect structured applications, and prepare a human-reviewed comparison.

## Ask structured questions

Useful questions include:

* name, email, and location;
* current role and years of relevant experience;
* skill choices;
* portfolio or profile address;
* notice period and availability;
* expected compensation when lawful and relevant;
* a short role-specific example;
* résumé upload.

## Create the page and form

> Create a job page for a customer support specialist with an application form and résumé upload. Explain the role, schedule, responsibilities, requirements, and hiring process.

## Prepare for AI-assisted review

The connected AI cannot read uploaded résumé contents. Ask for important comparison points as normal questions.

> Compare visible application answers by experience, availability, location, and the role-specific example. Link each summary to its response. Do not make a hiring decision.

## Keep the process fair

* ask only job-related questions;
* explain how application data is used;
* avoid protected or unnecessary personal information;
* review the original response;
* keep a person responsible for every decision.

<Warning>
  Do not use Jobing or an AI summary as an automatic hiring decision-maker.
