# Create and publish a form

> Create a private form draft, review it, and make it live.

## Create with your connected AI

Describe the purpose, audience, questions, and what should happen after submission.

> Create a customer feedback form. Ask for a 1 to 5 rating, the part of the product they used, what went wrong, what worked well, and whether I may contact them.

Jobing creates a private draft and returns the editor and Forms dashboard links automatically.

When it looks right, reply:

> Publish it.

Jobing uses the current conversation to publish the correct form and returns its live, response, editor, share, and dashboard links.

## Create from the dashboard

  </Step>

  <Step title="Publish">
    Select **Publish**. The form receives a live link, response inbox, and sharing tools.
  </Step>
</Steps>

## Publish changes to a live form

After editing a published form, select **Publish changes**. Existing responses stay attached to the form.

<Info>
  A live form does not change until you publish the new draft. This lets you prepare changes without interrupting visitors.
</Info>

## Duplicate instead of rebuilding

From the Forms dashboard, use **Duplicate** to create a separate private copy. Questions and settings are copied. Responses are not.

This is useful for a new campaign, event, role, client, or variation.

## At the form limit

Jobing blocks a new form or publish action when your account reaches its form allowance. Existing live forms continue working.

Open [pricing](https://jobing.site/pricing) to increase the allowance. See [plans and billing](/account/plans-and-billing) for current limits.
