# Understand connector permissions

> Learn what each Jobing AI permission allows and how to remove access.

Jobing separates permissions by task. Creating a form does not automatically give the AI permission to read customer responses.

## Available permissions

| Permission shown | What it allows |
| ----------------------- | --------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Create notes | Publish a public text note in your Jobing account |
| View pages | See your page names, current HTML, public links, and update times |
| Deploy pages | Publish new public pages |
| Manage pages | Edit or permanently delete a page after you ask |

| Publish forms | Make a draft live or publish a new revision |
| View form responses | Search submitted answers and see file metadata, not file contents |
| Organize form responses | Move responses between inbox, spam, and archive |
| Send product feedback | Send a short report only after you confirm |

## What the connector cannot see

* private integration credentials;
* payment card details;
* another user's workspace;
* uploaded file contents;
* responses when response permission is not approved.

<Warning>
