# Privacy and security

> Understand ownership, public links, connector access, submission protection, and your responsibilities.

## Your account owns the work

Pages, forms, responses, and integrations belong to the signed-in Jobing account. Another user cannot list or manage them through their connector.

## Know what is public

The following can be public:

* published pages;
* published hosted forms;
* native forms placed on public websites;
* public text notes.

A form draft and its response inbox are private.

## Separate response permission

An AI app can create forms without permission to read responses. Uploaded file contents are never returned through the connector.

## Integration credentials

Jobing encrypts saved integration credentials and does not return them to the browser or connected AI.

Never paste a provider token, service-account file, bot token, or webhook secret into a chat.

## Form protection

Jobing validates answers, required fields, file rules, form status, website restrictions, and unusually frequent requests. It also uses quiet spam and duplicate controls.

Normal visitors should not need to solve a security puzzle for an ordinary submission.

No protection removes all spam. Use the Spam folder and website restrictions when needed.

## Your responsibilities

You should:

* collect only information you need;
* explain why you collect it;
* obtain appropriate consent;
* avoid passwords and payment card details;
* provide a privacy notice;
* protect exports and downloaded files;
* review AI-generated claims, links, images, accessibility, and legal wording;
* follow the laws that apply to your visitors and business.

Use extra care with health, financial, identity, children's, employment, education, and other sensitive information.
